PROOF has won gold, silver and bronze at the Grand Prix Content Marketing Awards in the category Business to Employee and a further gold for best photography. We see this accomplishment as a reward for the teamwork within our agency and with our clients ABN AMRO and Ziggo. We also feel this confirms that PROOF is setting the pace when it comes to alignment and the employee journey.

Ziggo ‘Wedden dat…?’
Faced with underperformance on customer satisfaction, Ziggo needed its employees to embrace new ways of working quickly. ‘Wedden dat…?’ (‘Wanna bet…?’) involved everyone at Ziggo. The measurable success within 100 days? A 10-point rise in NPS!


Bringing ABN AMRO’s new internal social platform ‘Connections’ to life amongst all bank employees in the Netherlands. PROOF co-created the slogan #EnNuJij (‘#YourTurn’), which ABN AMRO developed and executed into an eye catching campaign of video, online and offline tools.


ABN AMRO ‘Ons Verhaal’
Sharing real employee stories to bring the bank’s new identity to life among its 22,000 employees. Proving that employees make a real difference for the customer. ‘Ons Verhaal’ (‘Our Story’), a co-created internal campaign that set new records at ABN AMRO.
