The challenge from Brunel was to create a stronger employer brand and so ensure they could attract the best talent.

We developed a campaign for this based around Brunel’s sponsorship of the Volvo Ocean Race and the tagline: ‘Get on board!’

Brunel wanted the campaign to raise its profile as an attractive top employer in the Dutch labour market, as well as optimise the recruitment of employees in its strategic target. Brunel showed potential employees that working for the company isn’t just about ‘a job’; it’s about discovering a career – which is why we chose the strapline, ‘Get on board!’

The campaign was rolled out on billboards, online advertising, social media, the company’s website and internal communication channels.
