Help to bring the strategy to life
ONVZ approached PROOF to help it bring its strategy for 2023-2026 to life. Our analysis found that employees primarily want to know what the new strategy meant for them. They didn’t want “high-level stories” but clarity.
In developing the story, concept and implementation, we took deliberate account of this desire for clarity. The story and creative concept – ‘Eersteklasse werk’ (First-class work) – help to ensure a good start which, in this case, is half the battle, and both leaders and employees quickly know what they need to do.
